What does Assurement cost?
Lite Report costs 149 DKK per report, excl. 25% VAT (186.25 DKK incl. VAT). Creating an account, setting up projects and documenting on site are free. You pay only when you generate a report. There is no subscription, no minimum and no lock-in. The DS 1140 and Quality Assurance modules are in development, and their price will be announced at launch.
What is free, and what you pay for
- Free: creating an account, setting up your company and projects, and inviting your team.
- Free: documenting on site, including tasks, photos, comments and markups.
- Paid: 149 DKK excl. VAT for each report you choose to generate.
- No extra charge for users or photos. Both are unlimited per project.
- Training is offered as a separate paid service. The 30-minute online demo is free.
How paying for a report works
When the documentation is ready, you add the report to the cart and pay online, or by bank transfer followed by an email to our support team. The finished report then becomes available to download in the web app.
A report is only charged when you deliberately add it to the cart and complete the payment, so it cannot happen by accident. Your reports stay accessible in the web app afterwards, and once a report is paid for you can download and keep your own copy.
Why per report, not per month
Activity on a construction project goes up and down. Some weeks are full of inspections and handovers, others hardly need a report at all. With per-report pricing the cost follows the work you actually document, rather than a fixed monthly fee.
It also makes it easy to try Assurement on a single project before you decide whether to roll it out across the company.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a volume discount?
No. The price is 149 DKK excl. VAT per report, however many reports you generate. If you are planning a larger roll-out, contact us and we will help you get started.
Is VAT included in the price?
No. 149 DKK is excluding 25% Danish VAT (moms). Including VAT, a report costs 186.25 DKK.
Do extra users or photos cost more?
No. Users and photos are unlimited per project. You pay only for the reports you generate.
What will the DS 1140 and Quality Assurance modules cost?
Both modules are in development, and their price will be announced at launch. Contact us if you would like to hear more.
