Lite Report is live and ready to use. It comes with professions, control plans and control points, so a carpenter or an installer starts from checks that are relevant to their own trade. You can adapt them or add your own. You name the report and define its headings yourself. See how Lite Report works.
The DS 1140 module (structural documentation for KK1–KK4) and the Quality Assurance module (the KS handbook) are in development. Neither has a launch date or a price yet. The price will be announced at launch.
The office on the web, the crew on the phone
- Administrators and project managers set up projects, reports and tasks on the web.
- Workers on site carry out their tasks in the app: photograph, comment, mark up and submit.
- Subcontractors, engineers and clients can be invited to a project with read, communicate or register access.
- Photos are taken with the in-app camera and stamped with date, time, GPS position and place name.
If a task slips, because of the weather or anything else, it becomes a time deviation, raised by the crew with a new completion date or automatically when a milestone passes, so it stays visible until someone follows it up. Your data is stored on AWS in Northern Europe (EU), and the platform is GDPR compliant.
App or advisory?
Assurement is software. Your own team creates and maintains the documentation, and the app makes that work faster and more structured. It does not replace your professional judgement or the project's own control plan.
If you would rather have an expert prepare or check the documentation, our sister company KS Danmark is the advisory business. KS Danmark prepares DS 1140 structural documentation for contractors (B2 control plan, B3 control report and A5 as built) and acts as independent inspector, working with certified structural engineers across structural classes KK1–KK4.
The two work well side by side: Assurement for the day-to-day documentation on site, and KS Danmark when a project needs expert help.

Assurement is built in Denmark, in Danish, around Danish requirements such as BR18 and DS 1140. The app switches between Danish and English, and you can reach support by phone or email Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00. To see it in practice, book a free 30-minute demo.

Is Assurement an app or an advisory company?
Assurement is the software: an app for documentation and quality assurance that you use yourselves. Our sister company KS Danmark is the advisory company, for when you want an expert to prepare or check the documentation.
Which modules can we use today?
Lite Report is available today. The DS 1140 and Quality Assurance modules are in development, with no launch date or price yet.
Can we use Assurement and KS Danmark on the same project?
Yes. You can document the work on site in Assurement while KS Danmark prepares or checks the formal DS 1140 documentation. A Lite Report can serve as photo documentation, for example supporting the B3 control report, but the formal DS 1140 documentation and approval remain separate.
Do we need to know our structural class before we start?
Not to use Lite Report. For DS 1140 work, the structural class and the control scope are set for the specific project in its structural documentation and control plan. Assurement does not determine them for you. If you are unsure what your project requires, KS Danmark can help you find out.
Can I try Assurement before paying anything?
Yes. Creating an account, setting up projects and documenting on site are free; you pay only when you generate a report. You can also book a free 30-minute online demo.
